On 11 February 2016, Elizabeth Devine presented a paper entitled ‘Personal Liability of HR Professionals: But I just did what I was told’ to the First Annual Melbourne Employment Law Conference conducted by Television Education Network.  The paper was an updated reprisal of the paper Elizabeth originally presented to the National Employment Conference conducted by Television Education Network in July 2015.
